Have you pre-ordered goods or does your order include made-to-order goods? In that case, you can always find the delivery time for the product on the product page itself.
Have you added both regular items and made-to-order items to your shopping cart?
Then your entire order will only be dispatched when your ordered items are back in stock. If you wish to receive your regular items with the normal delivery time, you must place separate orders.
We usually only deduct the amount for your order when it is shipped from our warehouse. But with pre-orders, we deduct the amount for your order before dispatch, which implies a pre-payment of the order.
If you wish to cancel your pre-order, you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
