You may return your items in their original, unused condition (including all original packaging) within 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund. The package must be delivered to a parcel shop within the 30 days.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted:
Any items that are not original, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault. Any item returned more than 30 days from the date of receipt.
