If your dog's measurements fall outside the ranges in our size guide, we recommend choosing one size up.

Our harnesses can be adjusted at four different points, making them flexible and ensuring a good fit for many different body shapes.

The harness or collar should fit snugly but still be comfortable for your dog. As a rule of thumb, you should be able to fit two fingers between the product and your dog.

The harness must not restrict shoulder movement, and your dog should be able to move freely and naturally without it feeling tight or slipping.
The collar should never be tight around the neck, but should fit securely and comfortably.

If in doubt, we always recommend checking the size guide and adjusting the product regularly for the best fit.

Puppy leashes are thinner and lighter than our standard leashes, making them ideal for smaller dogs and puppies.

We recommend the puppy leash for dogs weighing up to 9 kg. For dogs over 9 kg, we recommend our standard dog leash for optimal durability and control.

Our mini puppy collar is designed for very small puppies and is only 1 cm wide. It is made from a soft and light material, making it comfortable and easy for the puppy to wear. It is ideal for introducing the puppy to wearing a collar and dog tag early in life.

Our puppy collar is 1.5 cm wide and slightly lighter than our standard collars, as it doesn't have extra brass details.

Standard collars are available in 1.5 cm (size XS/S) and 2 cm (size M/L), suitable for both smaller and larger dogs.

Yes, our products are designed for all-weather use and for daily outdoor use.

However, to extend their lifespan, we recommend rinsing the equipment after use, especially if your dog has been in saltwater or seawater. Also, remember to dry the brass parts afterwards.

As a general rule, the following applies:

Bags:
The bags are made of durable polyester and can be hand washed in lukewarm water. The bottom can be removed for easy separate wiping. The teddy inner lining can also be removed and washed at 30°C.

Collars & harnesses:
We recommend hand washing at 30°C with mild or sensitive soap.
Some choose machine washing, but we recommend hand washing to protect the brass parts from scratches and wear in the drum.

Leashes:
The leashes can be hand washed at 30°C with mild or sensitive soap.

To ensure maximum durability, we recommend that the equipment is used and maintained with care.

If your dog has been in seawater, the equipment should be rinsed with lukewarm water and dried afterwards, especially brass details.

Avoid unnecessary biting or heavy strain on the product, as this can shorten its lifespan.

In general, the equipment stays in best condition if stored dry after use and cleaned regularly as needed.

Materials vary from product to product, and you can always find the specific materials for each individual product on the product page.

Our leashes are made either from a cotton blend (cotton and polyester) or nylon, depending on the model. Harnesses and collars are made from a blend of cotton and polyester to ensure both durability and comfort. Additionally, some products are available in a soft teddy material.
