These terms and conditions apply to all purchases on www.drewsdogwear.dk, which is owned and operated by:

By shopping on our webshop, you accept these terms and conditions. We recommend that you read the terms and conditions carefully.
ORDERING
Drew’s Dogwear is a webshop that is open 24 hours a day.
To shop on the webshop, you must be 18 years old or have consent from a guardian.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. When you receive the order confirmation, a binding agreement has been entered into. The amount you have purchased for is reserved upon order and is only debited when the order is shipped from our warehouse.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors, sold-out items, or suspicion of misuse.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the information provided is correct.
PRICES
All prices on www.drewsdogwear.dk are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT. The total price including shipping will always be shown before payment.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Changes do not affect purchases already made.
PAYMENT
We accept the following payment methods:
VISA, VISA/Dankort, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and MobilePay.
Payment is made via a secure and encrypted payment gateway (SSL/Shopify Payments).
Payment is only debited when the item has been shipped. A receipt for the purchase is received via e-mail.
DELIVERY
We deliver to Denmark, EU countries, and selected countries outside the EU.
Delivery is made with GLS and Bring in Denmark, UPS in the EU, and FedEx outside the EU. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days, to the specified address or delivery point. Expected delivery time is typically 5–10 working days depending on the destination.

Drew’s Dogwear is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs and import duties may be imposed, which are payable by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, shipping costs will be deducted upon refund.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
When you shop at Drew's Dogwear, you have a 24-month right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint covers faults and defects that were present at the time of delivery, including manufacturing defects or damage incurred during transport. Depending on the situation, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction.
The right of complaint does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, or lack of maintenance.
The right of complaint does not cover conditions that were clearly disclosed before the purchase. For items sold with disclosed cosmetic defects, minor variations, or other specifically described deviations, such conditions cannot be claimed against.
You must complain within a reasonable time after the fault has been discovered.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@drewsdogwear.dk and include:
- Pictures clearly showing the fault
- Your order number
- A description of the problem and relevant information
We will review your inquiry and get back to you with guidance on the further process.
Drew’s Dogwear covers return costs to a reasonable extent in connection with approved complaints. If your complaint is not justified, you must bear the shipping costs yourself. You are responsible for the item until it has been received by Drew’s Dogwear.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly that you wish to cancel the purchase.
You can communicate your withdrawal directly via our digital withdrawal function by using the "Cancel purchase" button on the website. The function is located in the website's footer under "Useful links". You can also use our return portal or contact us at kontakt@drewsdogwear.dk.
When you use the digital withdrawal function, you will automatically receive a digital receipt by e-mail, confirming the receipt of your withdrawal and the time of submission.
The withdrawal period is complied with if you notify us that you wish to cancel the purchase before the deadline expires.
RETURN
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the following applies:
- The item must be returned in original, unused condition
- The item must be in original packaging
- After you have notified us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be returned through our return portal.
- The item must be handed in at a parcel shop within 30 days of receipt
- You must bear the return costs yourself.
- The item is your responsibility until it has been received at our warehouse
Return fee:
- Denmark: DKK 59
- EU: EUR 15
- Outside EU: If you are returning from a country outside the EU, you are responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping directly to your local shipping company.
REFUND
Refunds are processed within 10 banking days after receipt of the return. The exact processing time depends on your bank and payment provider.
The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.
We may withhold the refund until the item has been received or documentation of return has been provided.
RESERVATIONS
We reserve the right for typographical errors, price errors, and sold-out items.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
PERSONAL DATA
We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you:

E-mail address
Information about what you have purchased
We process your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you and to process inquiries regarding your purchase. The processing takes place according to the rules in our personal data policy. COMPLAINT ACCESS AND CHOICE OF LAW
You are always welcome to contact Drew’s Dogwear if you wish to complain about a purchase. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can file a complaint with:

if the conditions for complaining are met. You can complain to the Center for Klageløsning via www.naevneneshus.dk.
If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can submit your complaint on the EU Commission's online complaint platform.

The agreement between you and Drew’s Dogwear, including these terms and conditions, is governed by Danish law, unless otherwise stipulated by mandatory consumer protection rules in the country where you reside.
